The struggle of Cheeseburger Casserole
Out of Character: It's tough to see in the picture but Cheeseburger Casserole is basically cheese, turkey, bell peppers, and potatoes. A normal human being would add in some hot salsa and it's super tasty. However, in the pictures, there is a metric tonne of ketchup and shredded cheese to help mask the horrific taste of food apparently.
The Dragon King returned from the day's work, and the Queen of Night had prepared one of his favorite dishes. The flesh of his enemies, mixed with the spicy delicacies from far off lands, a grand feast for a king as mighty as he. Knowing what was coming, the Dragon King entered his banquet hall prepared for war.
However, much to his surprise, the Spare Prince and the Princess of Dragons had already consumed a reasonable amount of the feast. The smile displayed on the Queen of Night conveyed a sight that warmed the reptilian heart of the King. No joint effort to rebel against them from the two younger children. It seems the sibling union has fractured. The grin on the Dragon King's face betrayed the evil within. However, the High Prince was committed to his cause. He stood his ground. The siege was on.
"Father, I know of your treachery to turn my brother and my sister against me. They know not of your evil. They can be bribed by cheese or fancy spices from other kingdoms" spat the Prince, his voice rising in anguish. "Potatoes are the worst food ever. I hate them, as I hate you!"
"Frankly, son, you're only hurting yourself. See how I reward your brother and your sister with lavish prizes for eating? See how your Mother smiles with delight that they like her cooking? You will eat what is on your plate. Three bites per our agreement!" spoke the King, his fury rising. "You will eat this food, or you will suffer here and now. The punishment will be imprisonment tonight and tomorrow!"
His mettle strong, the High Prince stood firm. "I refuse to consume this meal. I will accept all punishments as you laid out. You have no power here!" The Prince spat.
The Dragon King's venomous rage could not be contained. "Fine! You are done. Your punishments are known to you. Be gone from my sight!" The prince scurried away, pleased with his victory, his father grimacing in his wake.
