This nights dinner was a very simple meal cooked in a crock pot. While the children did not enjoy this meal very much, it was very simple to make and for them to eat. All the Queen of Night had to do was put the chicken and broth into a crock-pot and allow it to cook for 7 to 8 hours. It was believed that he felt he had already ate dinner that day. The royal family went out for lunch and were pampered by foreign chefs. To everyone's great relief, the Spare Prince ate the chicken fingers given to him. Now this was a bigger lunch than he was used to, so it wasn't entirely a surprise when he did not want to come to the table for dinner.
